Association

Membership in the SeaWatch Condominiums Association requires ownership of one or more units in the SeaWatch Condominium located at 1 Cleaves Street in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The Association's Board of Directors meets regularly, and the annual owners meeting is usually held in the Spring. The Board of Directors are elected by the owners at the annual meeting and serve for a term of one year. The Board of Directors uses a professional management company to provide day-to-day maintenance and management of the building.
