The SeaWatch Condominium
The SeaWatch Condominium was built in 1985 and has 40 condos distributed among 5 floors. Located on Old Orchard Beach, all units were designed to ensure an ocean view. The condo units vary between 1 to 2 bedrooms, and are used to live, vacation, or rent. Rentals are weekly during the summertime and monthly for long term starting in the Fall. The building has an indoor pool, and each condo has two assigned parking spaces.
At the SeaWatch you can sip coffee on the balcony while enjoying the incredible ocean view. Spend the days on the beach reading that novel you have been meaning to get to. Go Kayaking, explore local historic forts, shop in Maine's famous 'Old Port', Kennebunkport, L.L.Bean and other Freeport outlets. Get some local lobster and fresh caught seafood for dinner, or dine out in the many fabulous restaurants in the area. End the evenings with a midnight walk on the beach in the moonlight, or check out local dance clubs. Bring your children to the Palace Playland amusement park, which is within walking distance from the condo.
